This is how we do it

ChiTown Custom Cornhole Game( Baggo ) Hand built, hand painted, custom cornhole boards. Our sets are highest quality cornhole boards you will find anywhere, featuring unique features you won't find anywhere else! Each set that we build is customized however you want it! We focus on high quality construction, meaning, grade "A" quality wood, not construction grade which appears ridgid, bowed, and not very smooth. We spend hours cutting to the appropriate sizes, glueing, nailing, wood filling, sanding, priming and painting each set. We feature unique features like optional drink holders placed out of harms way. Coming soon we will offer our, "Light All Night Set"! The lights can be placed anywhere, around the hole, around the edges, shape of an arrow, your name, special date, the options and colors of lights are infinite. Our Cornhole Game Sets are guaranteed to last you a lifetime, and more importantly they play and look better, then the "clone sets", that you will see most everywhere.

Information about our boards

All our Cornhole Game sets use solid 3/4 inch or 1/2 beautiful birch or high grade Pinewood boards. Each board is held together by 1 1/2 -2 inch nails and extremely powerful wood glue. We focus on unique features like the drink holders you can see below. Finally we sand down our boards until they are slightly rounded and smooth on all edges.

It is during this construction phase that we add other unique features to our boards such as score custom crafted score keepers.

The next step is the painting. This is another place ChiTown stands out. First we lay down a coat of heavy duty primer. Then we add multiple layers of paint, some boards more, some less. It all depends on the character of the wood. The goal is a perfectly smooth feel and ideal texture for the Cornhole Game. Our boards are not too rough, nor are they so slick that the bag slides too far.

The final step is the application of either a high quality friction resistant decal or a custom hand painted design!
